Concussions are Brutal
Is the NFL taking steps in order to limit the amount and severity of the concussions?

To answer your question Mr. Anderson yes; the NFL has taken steps and will continue to take steps in the future in order to insure the safety of our players. Recently the NFL has initiated rules where hits about the shoulders will draw an automatic penalty and will cost that cost that team 15 yards. Also if this hit is violent the NFL itself will review the play and the player will be subjected to a substantial fine and/or a suspension. The NFL also has a system where referees themselves can tell a player that they have to go to the sidelines to get checked for a concussion if the hit they sustained was that indicative of a concussion. The league also stays up to date on the ever evolving technology in the concussion space and will look to add more to our rules, regulations, and protocol regarding concussions.

Domestic Violence Needs to Go!
In what ways has the league made strides in limiting and erasing the problem players have with domestic violence?

The NFL is getting stricter with their domestic violence charges after having some questionable disciplinary actions in years previous. Ray Rice was suspended indefinitely for his domestic violence charge. Even though the league did not discipline him correctly by only giving him a two game suspension at first they learned from their mistakes and corrected the problem. Hopefully in the future the NFL gives out similar rulings to Ray Rices indefinite suspension in the future.
